Talent Development Programme

Talent Development Programme

Launched in 2021, the IFCA Film & Performing Arts Talent Development Programme adopts a structured, age-tiered and progressive training framework, providing tailored learning pathways for participants at different life stages.

The programme is organised into the following groups:

Children (7–12)
Focusing on foundational development, including expression, creativity, and basic stage presence

Youth (13–18)
Building acting fundamentals, on-camera adaptation, and character awareness

Adults
Advancing performance skills through structured training and practical film experience

Seniors
Encouraging lifelong learning, cultural participation, and expressive confidence

The programme emphasises individual growth trajectories and progressive development, while aligning with the IFCA training system to support a continuous pathway from foundation to professional practice.

It also serves as a talent pipeline supporting JJFILM’s original film productions.

Student Showcase

This section presents selected outcomes from the training process, highlighting each participant’s progression from classroom practice to on-camera performance.

Content includes:

Visual Documentation (training sessions, film stills, and on-set captures)

Performance Clips (on-camera acting and character exercises)

Creative & Production Involvement (behind-the-scenes participation and team collaboration)

Rehearsal & Performance Moments (stage and on-set process highlights)

The showcase reflects not only completed work, but also the development of performance skills, on-camera adaptability, and collaborative experience.

Selected participants may be given opportunities to take part in JJFILM’s original film productions.

Every film is more than entertainment
it is a bridge between people and society.
