Be a Star is JJFILM PTE. LTD.’s flagship training program, integrating real film set simulations with a structured acting curriculum. The program emphasizes “on-camera authenticity” and “emotional mastery,” guiding participants from foundation to professional-level readiness, whether as performers or behind-the scenes talents.
Training Modules & Professional Development System
IFCA adopts a systematic, professional, and practice-oriented training approach that integrates acting performance, camera language, character psychology, on-set execution, and team collaboration to comprehensively develop students’ creative abilities and professional standards within the film and performing arts industry.
The programme not only focuses on acting techniques, but also emphasises an actor’s understanding of character development, camera awareness, spatial understanding, emotional control, and collaborative execution — helping students build a strong foundation aligned with modern industry standards.
Core Training Modules
• Emotional Control & Camera Response
Training actors to deliver authentic emotional performances, emotional transitions, and natural reactions within different camera environments while strengthening on-camera subtlety and realism.
• Movement Fundamentals & Physical Expression
Developing body coordination, rhythm, posture, and movement techniques to strengthen character body language, spatial awareness, and on-set physical performance abilities.
• Camera Blocking & Eyeline Training
Learning professional camera blocking, movement logic, focus control, and eyeline techniques to improve coordination between actors and camera positioning.
• Dialogue Rhythm & Situational Expression
Strengthening dialogue delivery, tonal layering, subtext interpretation, and emotional communication within various performance situations to create realistic and layered character interactions.
• Behind-the-Scenes Practical Training
Students are introduced to multiple areas of film production, including:
